My brother in law is a photographer who puts his pics on Flickr.  However, he only makes lower res versions available for the public to view, and the high res can only be viewed through his account.  This extention seems to rip his hi res full screen shots out of his personal page, and let the public view them, and in turn give them the opportunity to steal them.
